Zanesville Community Theatre's Production of

Bios and Credits

JAN KIIKKA (Nadine) is the Library Media Specialist at Philo High School. She has been involved in many aspects of theatre at ZCT and Philo. Jan uses computers at work and home, but hasn't really tried to chat on the net...yet.

KEITH McCARROLL (Horndog) teaches English and theatre at Philo High School. In his spare time you can find him on stage or behind a computer surfing the net. Please feel free to look for him there. He's the 6' 3" blonde haired, blue-eyed muscle god.

KEVIN McCARTHY (Cheese) enjoys performing in community theatre, Zaney Follies, singing in church choir and raising his two daughters (Maddy and Sadie) with his lovely wife, Denise. This Summer, Kevin entered the computer age - kicking and screaming all the way. Now, his wife complains how "obsessed" Kevin is, being on the net more than she is!! Hope everyone enjoys the show.

SHELLEY MILLER (Cutiepie) I've been playing on the stage for over 7 years now. Currently I'm working as the Assistant Director for the 10th Annual Angel Tree Benefit, which is It's a Wonderful Life. Being on stage is different. It is tough to relinquish the reins and relax. In real life "Phyllis" is my main squeeze. We've been dating for about a year now; buddies for over 7. It's an odd turn of events, but one that has brought adventure and laughs. Who knows what the future has in store. My philosophy is If you live in the present, every moment is a new beginning. People tend to miss the "nows" while working towards the future. Don't let today pass you by.

DANIEL SHUEY (Plato) is an up and rising star in the community theater (I wrote this myself). You may have seen the stunningly handsome star in Tommy, To Kill A Mockingbird, Lost In Yonkers, Hagar The Horrible, just to name a few. To test my acting ability I decided to take the part of Plato the nerd. It was a real stretch.

RICH TOLLIVER (Phyllis) has appeared in numerous productions for ZCT and many other surrounding theatres. Directing Theatre; and his co-star Shelley are his passions. He's currently gearing up for the tenth annual Angel Tree production It's A Wonderful Life. Why does he do it year after year? It's for the kids. They need a reason to believe.

CHARLES M. SAVAGE (Rex's voice)

JILLIAN B. VonGUNTEN (Rex's movements) I've been involved in theater my whole life. When I was younger I played the Christmas Angel in the very first Angel Tree Benefit. I've been involved in each Angel Tree after that, including this, the 10th year. I've done many things in my years here. I've been backstage as stage manager and "out front" in the limelight also. I want to thank a great cast and director. It's been a really fun experience.
